If you take the path across the platform at the train station and at the end of the path cross the track in the direction of Höhr-Grenzhausen, you will find a beautiful S1 trail there - the former corpse path. From here you can cross the Masselbach and then take the "gorge trail" up to Wirscheid. Thanks to the Brexbachtalbahn e.V., the railway line from Grenzau Bhf to Siershahn is officially back in operation - even if a train rarely comes, you should still be careful!
