In the meantime I have found out: It is not the former Permbahn, but the remains of an industrial track, with which the large logistics companies at the Lotte motorway junction of the A 30 could also use the train if the German economic system wanted it... The connection to the Permbahn was further west.

It is not clear from the Internet maps available to me whether this is a track remnant from the Permbahn loop between Velpe and Hasbergen, which was used to divert freight traffic around the Osnabrück railway junction in World War II, or whether it is an old industrial track. The Perm tunnel is a little further west below Laggenbeck. The ore railway was discontinued in 1926 and reactivated in 1944. It was in operation until 1949.
