The Hohe Salve is also nicknamed the "Rigi of Tyrol." The Alpengasthof Rigi takes its name from the famous panoramic peak in Switzerland. The inn has been in existence since the 1950s and has been owned by the Eisenmann family since its inception. During a break in the cozy parlor or on the terrace, you can indulge in traditional delicacies.The inn is located directly at the mountain station of the chairlift from Hopfgarten.

The Alpengasthof Rigi has been owned by the Eisenmann family for 50 years, attracting many hikers in the summer and skiers in the winter. Excavation work for the inn, located at an altitude of 1,532 meters, began on August 20, 1956. Since the old Gasthof Rigi had also shown its age, the family decided to rebuild in 2002. They wanted a contemporary building that met the latest standards and, of course, with great attention to detail.Summer Opening Hours:
