The Baruth church is a stately Gothic hall church. the baroque altar,
the pulpit and the pews are just as worth seeing as the large Schuke organ. Ask for a tower climb! The design of the "church square" is reminiscent of the fighting in April 1945, through which half of the building fabric in Baruth was lost.
The "Saxon Post Miles Column" indicates the distances on the highways and tells about Baruth's affiliation with Saxony until 1815. Continue north from the post miles column.
The large open space offers a beautiful view of the palace complex and the park behind it. An ideal place for a picnic.
