Home to over 300 plant species, this reserve covers 168 acres (68 ha) of the Northern Velebit. It's just a short walk from the Zavižan mountain hut and the nearby parking to reach this immensely colourful spot. A visit here can be combined with hikes to the peaks of Veliki Zavižan, the challenging Balinovac and Velika kosa.
