Tips
The road surface is perfect. In most places there is adequate room at the side of the road to avoid cars, of which there were very little during my experience (winter). Wild camping in this part of the world is difficult, but not impossible. I managed to find a small hidden ledge next to a bridge.

Most campers and cars drive towards the Autobahn. Nice view, but always keep your eyes open.
