two-storey slate building with cross roof and two-storey wooden veranda facing Thomas-Mann-Strasse, the wooden veranda on the upper floor is glazed, the façades are decorated all around with richly detailed wooden forms, a weathervane on the roof dating from 1884, old double-leaf wooden door with neo-Renaissance gable roof and art nouveau Window glazing preserved, very good original condition
