Visible from afar and a good guide for cyclists is the 45 meter high tower of the Evangelical Church in Hartum. Most of the time you just drive by. What a pity. Because the church, built in 1889-1892 in the neo-Gothic style, is definitely worth seeing. Unfortunately, it is rarely open outside of church service times.
