Grade II listed farmhouse and former water mill with mill pond.
The mill was first built in the 11th century.
In the late 1700s, it was taken over by the Spokes family.
In 1815, the earlier buildings were demolished and the mill was rebuilt with locally quarried stone from nearby Duston.
The Spokes family owned the mill until 2021.
