The 19th-century church of Notre-Dame de l'Assomption is famous for its organ. The rectory behind the church dates from 1782 and is still a monastery since the Benedictine sisters from the abbey of Rixensart settled there in 1970.

After more than 50 years of presence, the Benedictine Sisters definitively left the priory of the Assumption of Bossut (also called Maison Bénédictine) in mid-2025: a celebration in their honor had been organized in early May.
