Very quiet old street that has overslept the time. Both sides are lined with old (farm) buildings. The buildings are often provided with old timetables of their buildings, some of which go back over 200 years.

Röddensen does not offer many sights, but has the advantage of a quiet route guidance. Shortly after the entrance from Kolshorn the route leads for a while on the road, but immediately after the intersection Kolshorner road / Dammfeldstraße it becomes quiet again on the Röddenser Dorfstraße. This road ends at a railroad crossing. Shortly before that, kids can let off steam in a small playground before heading off to Steinwedel. After the railroad crossing follows a section that cars may not actually use, which does not prevent some from taking this short cut between Röddensen and Steinwedel.
