Going under the motorway, it is better to turn right because the climb is smoother. If you do it to the left there is a short steep slope.
They both lead to the same place.

Another important detail is that when passing under the dual carriageway, you can continue along the Vía Verde, whether you turn left (there is a short but steep climb) or the right (there is a smoother climb) as both options lead to the same point.
I recommend taking the right!
