Radweg hier, Wasserweg dort

Cycling here in the Lahn Valley when the weather is nice is always a great pleasure! The fact that there is no road in this section of the valley is an invaluable advantage!

Narrow path + cheering canoeists = bicycle accident. You have to be very careful with the traffic on the bike path.

Very nice lawn, but as mentioned several times before, narrow and very busy. Other cyclists and a lot of pedestrians, sometimes with dogs.

I really enjoy riding the Lahn cycle path between Weilburg and Lahnstein.
In places the path is very narrow. With the new handlebars of the MTBs. you have to stop and let oncoming traffic or overtaking people pass.

The Lahntalradweg is especially beautiful between Weilburg and Limburg. My personal favorite route.

If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the fun on the water. A colorful bustle with a lot of laughter, cries and Juchee.

The cycle path between Wetzlar and Limburg often leads pleasantly close to the shore, so that you can refresh yourself quickly on hot days. 😅

This lahn section is a popular canoe area, with many rental options on site. The flat Lahnradweg is recommended for a relaxed bike ride, for example. between the historic and interesting old towns of Limburg and Weilburg.

Very nice bike path along the Lahn from / to Weilburg. Since it is very narrow in places, it is best to drive it away from the "rush hour".
