Protected by a high dune, Les Jaunais beach is very popular for its large sandy area.
For the seventh consecutive year, Saint-Nazaire has been awarded the Pavillon Bleu label for three of its beaches, one of which is Les Jaunais Beach. This family-friendly beach is supervised by qualified lifeguards in July and August, from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekends, depending on the tide.
The second Les Jaunais beach, east of the lifeguarded beach (behind a rocky outcrop), is reserved for naturists.
