"You have forgotten me, but I am still here" - this is how the old legend begins about the lonely rock standing by the side of the road, the natural monument Frauenstein. With a little imagination, the Frauenstein looks like a petrified farmer's wife. According to the legend, the Virgin Mary stood here for years in the form of a beggar to beg the women passing by for gifts for the poor. A woman who was too stingy swore that she had nothing on her. "If she lied, she would turn to stone." And now she stands here.
