The Martinipark, also called Brickyard Park, is located in the southern part of the town of Sömmerda and is part of the factory premises of the former Martini interlocking tile factory. The park was created at the end of the 19th century on the private initiative of Hermann Martini. Today the complex is owned by the municipality and is open to the public. It borders on the course of the Unstrut river.
