Approximately 700 to 800 employees work at this brewery, which is one of the largest in Europe and the market leader in France. Kronenbourg produces almost 10 million hectoliters of beer per year. Since April 2008, Kronenbourg has been a subsidiary of Carlsberg following its acquisition of Scottish & Newcastle.
