The artists' village Worpswede lies in the middle of the special landscape of the Teufelsmoors. The village became known for its art, and at the end of the 19th century some artists came here to form a community. Today, in addition to numerous galleries and museums, you will also find alternative models of life and unusual architecture. A place to be amazed, relax and enjoy.

It is known that Fritz Mackensen and Otto Modersohn, impressed by the landscape around Worpswede, turned the village into an artists' village. It is also known that Worpswede is still a place where creative people find inspiration for their works and the museums in Worpswede show the artists' work.
The Music Hall in Worpswede is less known, at least nationally. A small, family club where national and international musicians feel very comfortable. A well-known son of the village is Johannes Strate, the singer of the band Revolverheld.
In the 1980s, the Music Hall was the starting point for the tours of the Cologne band BAP.
