Hündlekopf

Great panoramic view from the summit cross: You can see across to the Alpsee and the Nagelfluh chain with the Hochgrat.

The Hündlekopf is a 1111 meter high ridge head of the 1124 meter high mountain Hündle in the Allgäu Alps.
He is easily accessible. To the inn you can also go with the Godel, if you do not want to go up the sometimes steep path uphill.

Great with children, - there is a adventure trail, playground, toboggan run, mini golf course and small zoo.

The ascent is steep but good to go. Great food at the top station and a great view. Ratzfatz still a detour to the Buchenegger waterfalls, very worth seeing. But be careful on the way there, especially with children. The path is borderline, the attachment partly ailing and free standing iron bars protrude up to 20 cm from the ground. Still worth seeing.

The Hündlekopf is a great destination in summer. In winter, the area belongs to the skiers.
For hikes in winter and snow, there are more beautiful destinations in the area.

Nice hiking region. If the path on foot is too steep, you can also go up by gondola. From there, there are many more options and beautiful routes, e.g. the adventure trail. On this way, the whole family has fun.

Below the summit cross, there is a small alp to stop. The cheese bread is great!

The Hündlekopf is an ideal vantage point for a wonderful panoramic view over the Konstanz Valley and the adjacent mountain regions.

You can climb the summit from the valley on foot, but you need to be in good physical condition to do so, or you can take the Hündle gondola lift and walk the 6min to the summit cross. Great view!! From there, depending on your requirements, there are some beautiful hiking trails. A great and varied area!

We are always happy to be here. Nice view of the valley and towards Alpsee. Previously always by mountain railway, this time we walked up for the first time.
