Lupu Bridge was constructed from 2000 to 2003. At the time of its opening it was the largest steel arch bridge in the world.
The bridge is open to vehicle traffic only. Pedestrians and cyclists need to use the ferry connections across the river.

Interesting design to have the arch visually coming out of the two tower buildings (construction ongoing in these at the moment). You could actually climb the arch before, but this seems to be closed by now.
