This listed manufacturer's villa (600 m2 of living space) was purchased by Lumano Breda at risk. The building – which had hardly been maintained for decades – has been completely renovated by Lumano and has been refinished from top to bottom with luxurious materials. The layout has been optimized here. With the application of insulation and insulating glass and the complete rebuilding of the installations, the house has also been made more sustainable.
