Port of the city of Gartz (Oder) with landing stage for passenger shipping on the (West)Oder and a small marina; Worth seeing is the big Oderspeicher as a former tobacco and granary as well as (due to the sometimes rather morbid charm) a number of smaller warehouses along the bank (e.g. ice cream café, pension "Villa Oderblick");

A small but working marina with a nice welcome. Near the marina office with a payment machine for watercraft (I don't know, I don't know what it's called correctly). Gastronomy is open at the quay in the season, a nicely restored building of the former granary (currently apartments) and supports of the now non-existent bridge can be seen
