The old part of the Görlitz cemetery is beautifully landscaped and also offers grave sites for some locally important personalities such as Gobbin, Jochmann or Demiani, which, however, as mere stone blocks, do not offer much in terms of appearance. The grave sites of the Goethe muse Minna Herzlieb or the distant Luther relatives are more artistic. There are also some very elaborate graves there.
