German Naval Yards Holdings GmbH (GNYH) is a German holding of shipyards in the Kiel Fjord area, which unites German Naval Yards Kiel (formerly HDW-Gaarden) and Lindenau (Kiel).

The company is an international shipbuilding group. It employs about 1000 people and is particularly involved in the construction of frigates, corvettes and the repair of naval vessels.
So far, ships with a total length of 200 meters can be laid on keel.
