It is a town with a cattle tradition in the Sierra Norte of Madrid with several signposted routes for hiking and mountain biking. The monument to the Senderista, the Town Hall square, the church of San Bartolomé, from the 15th or 16th century, and the horseshoe at the beginning of the path that leads to the Cancho waterfall, are several of its notable monuments.
