Fewston Reservoir is owned and managed by Yorkshire Water. It was built in 1879. The around the lake path is well surfaced and flat without any steps or gates so it's popular with all users and suitable for pushchairs, wheelchairs and kids’ bikes. You can extend the loop of the reservoir by including neighbouring Swinsty Reservoir in the loop.
