The Church of the Madonna dell'Adamello is located on the hillside near Lake Venerocolo. Constructed during World War I, it is the only example of an artefact of military origin still visible near the Garibaldi Hut. A military hospital was built around the place of prayer during World War I. The remains of the hospital were flooded during the construction work on the dam wall, which then led to the creation of Lago Venerocolo.
