Eugen Münch, the founder of Rhön-Klinikum AG, has fulfilled a "technological dream" with this building. In the 2nd basement there are 19 car parking spaces with electrical connection for employees and tenants. In the 1st basement floor, a system specially developed for this house, which converts and stores excess energy from the huge photovoltaic system into hydrogen. In addition, a rainwater tank with 240,000 liters and a buffer storage with 135,000 liters.
