You should not be afraid of heights. The view is wonderful and there are even places to sit on some stones. Fantastically beautiful!

The varied tour runs in the Wutachschlucht nature reserve, mostly close to watercourses that have formed deep, picturesque gorges here. Since 2022, it has been continuously marked as a Black Forest gourmet trail. First we follow the popular gorge trail along the Wutach to the Canadian bridge, where the Gauchach flows into the Wutach. Here we branch off into the romantic Gauchach gorge to the Burgmühle (beer garden) and finally get back to the starting point through the narrow gorge of the Tränkebach.
Rugged limestone walls and an extraordinary flora enhance the experience of nature.
If you want to avoid the Enge Gorge, which is particularly difficult when it is wet, you can turn off at the Burgmühle in the direction of Bachheim and come back to the starting point via Neuenburg.
