The memorial plaque for the fallen of WWI in Hamburg-Cranz is on the outside wall of the old school, Estedeich 102. The sandstone memorial plaque for the war dead of 1914-1918 is crowned by a relief with a helmet, iron cross, oak leaves and laurel . The inscription reads: "Dedicated to the memory of their heroes from 1914-18 by the municipality of Cranz a. E.".
