It is almost 20 meters high and has an inner wall.
The tower has three floors: the ground floor served as a stable, storage room, and occasionally a prison, while the first floor housed the main residence.
A pointed-arch window bearing the coats of arms of the Salcedo and Zamudio families is a striking feature.
The Torre de La Quadra is privately owned.
