Hiking
The battery offers protection against the sun and is partly still equipped with original cannons. A great view of Malta is part of it. A small path leads down and offers a nice view of the cliffs below the Battery. Above is an abandoned pig farm. If you want, you can continue along the coast past the Battery. This leads to a rock drop and goes along the steep cliffs of Cominos.

Hiking
The battery was built from 1715-1716 by the Knights of St. John. It consisted of four cannons and served to protect the Malta Comino Canal.
