The open-air stage "Butterfly" is the center of the 16-hectare spa park. It was given this name because of its unusual shape - seen from the air, it resembles a butterfly. At a height of up to 8 meters, the roof spans an area of 54 x 65 meters. The building is a wooden structure open on all sides.

The "Butterfly" was built in 3 months. The stage was inaugurated on the occasion of the 900th anniversary of the city of Bad Lausick in June 1996.

Since then, it has been the venue for the popular spa concerts and the fountain festival in the summer months.
