The Oude Kale at the Van Vlaendersmolen in Vinderhoute
De Kale is the name given to parts of the Belgian watercourse the Durme between Nevele and Evergem. Over the years, the names Hoogkale, Neerkale, Kruiskale, Nieuwe Kale and Oude Kale have been used. The Kale (together with the Poekebeek) used to belong to the upper reaches of the Durme river.
