The Arm of the Chapter is an arm of the Marne which surrounds the islands of Brise-Pain and Sainte-Catherine in Créteil. This arm is crossed by the small Chapter dam which you can observe on the Ile de Brise Pain. This work limits siltation of the arm thanks to water releases allowing its self-cleaning.
A delicious walk along the allotment gardens runs along the Chapter arm. You can observe mallards, swans and moorhens there.

The passage on Ile Sainte-Catherine is very pleasant and preserved, there were not many people when we passed, if ... a small group of people doing Tai-Chi in the middle of the street ☺ it lets you imagine the 'atmosphere. The small bridge in its center reflects the atmosphere of the island.
