In the direction from Schlossborn to Ruppertshain, the "Ruppertshainer" has exactly 200 meters in altitude over a length of 1.2 kilometers. About halfway there is the steepest incline of 15%. At the end there is a white cross as a marker on the right side of the road.

So: my averaged "measurements" result in about 160hm over 1.6km: that's an average of a realistic 10% incline (other information here would mean 16.6%, but it's definitely not that bad!)
