The Marble Bridge is a limestone bridge in Hesse that crosses the Lahn in Villmar. The bridge is only of local importance for traffic and connects the town on the left side of the Lahn with the Lahn Valley Railway, which runs on the right side of the Lahn. The bridge, which is outstanding of its kind in Germany, has been protected as a technical monument since November 1985.

The designation "marble" for the Lahn marble used for the construction is not correct in terms of geology, because this carbonate rock is not overprinted by a rock metamorphism. In stone processing, however, polishable limestones are traditionally referred to as "marbles"; the designations "Lahn marble" and "marble bridge" are therefore to be understood in their industrial-historical meaning.

The bridge is an arch bridge of three branch arches with a span of 21.5 meters. The arches rest on two stream piers. Arches, pillars and bridgeheads consist of massive cut "Lahn marble" blocks. The side surfaces are made of Lahn marble gemstones of different types. The "marble" was mined in the Villmar area.

Great bridge over the Lahn in Villmar. According to the museum, it is built from Lahn marble from the immediate area.
