The state winery in Heppenheim, with a selection of wines also from the area around the Eberbach monastery.
Everyone can stop here, hikers, bikers, etc. In the warmer season there is a garden with beer benches and a great view of the plain, up to the Donnersberg. Serving is self-service in the building and snacks are also available. There is also some seating inside, but this is more about wine and wine tasting. The view and the location are great, a worthwhile excursion destination, you can also start hikes from here. However, parking spaces are limited. There are also some parking spaces down on the B3 that you can use.
