The Frauenkopf is the side peak of the Schobers. In contrast to the main summit, the Frauenkopf is a completely bare rocky dome. Without trees or plants that could block the view, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Mondsee and Fuschlsee lakes.

A beautiful round hike: Forsthaus Wartenfels, (924), Schober (1328), Schober hut, Frauenkopf (1303), and back to the parking lot. When wet, it could be dangerous. See note below: "HEAVY" only for experienced people!
