Here on the house facade in Friedrich-Fischer-Str. 15 there is a commemorative plaque for the Hague Gate, also known as the Schergentor or Neustädter Tor. It was first mentioned in 1497. During the Thirty Years' War it was twice destroyed and rebuilt by the Swedes. The demolition took place in 1789 due to dilapidation. The gate was part of the old ring wall around Erding and one of a total of 4 city gates.
