The "Miltitzer Frosch" (Miłočanska žaba) located on the Jauerbach to the northwest of the village is a large granite boulder that was given the shape of a frog during the Ice Age and is therefore known in the area. Also worth seeing are the town's three-sided courtyards with their archways facing the street, as well as some half-timbered houses and numerous crucifixes.

Miltitz is on the traditional route of the Easter Rider processions from Nebelschütz and Ostro to the other place.
