The Mirador del Poble Sec park, spacious and well laid out, becomes an urban garden that acts as a transition between the forest landscape of Montjuïc and the Poble Sec neighbourhood. There are petanque courts and children's games, and rest areas protected by the shade of the trees and by a pergola covered with climbers. At one end, a pond full of aquatic vegetation collects the water that flows down the 18-meter-high waterfall that rises in the small pond up the mountain. Among other tree species, there are jacarandas, hackberries, oaks, acacias, elms, cypresses and false pepper trees. In the large rest area there is a pergola covered with wisteria and virgin vines.

Viewpoint located at the confluence of Plaça Carles Ibañez with Passeig de Miramar, where we can enjoy excellent views of the Poble Sec neighborhood and much of Barcelona's old town and its seafront. This beautiful viewpoint is located in the highest part of the Mirador del Poble Sec Park, which is largely hanging from the Montjuïc mountain, which has the characteristics of a forest park and those of an urban park, which allows you to walk Both on the slopes of the mountain and see Paseo de Colom and the port of Barcelona, as well as sitting down to rest in the large space next to Paseo de Montjuïc, enjoying the waterfall that comes down from the highest part of the park.
