The Plaça Reial is located immediately east of the Rambla in the Barri Gòtic, it can hardly be seen except from the Rambla side, as the square has only four entrances.
The Plaça Reial with its slender palm trees, the Three Graces Fountain, the helmeted lanterns by Antoni Gaudí and its many beautiful cafes under the arcades is a wonderfully closed place that is well worth a visit.
