Finnish railways are from Scandinavia and are a specially designed track for joggers and walkers.
The peculiarity of the Finnbahn is the soft, about 10-15 centimeters thick floor covering. Here in Mehring it consists of wood chips, which is attached over sandy gravel soil.
At 1,100 meters, this facility is one of the longest in Germany.

Interesting and natural leisure activity. Running on the Finnish track is gentle on the joints and has already been used by Scandinavian top runners, such as Nurmi, in training.
