Here at the new Quergraben there is a rest stop. Of course, in winter you may not be able to sit down on the rest bench (frozen snow cover), but you can stay here a little if you want and possibly take some food on the way.

Here, at the new Quergraben, is a wonderful place to rest with a table and benches. Unfortunately, I couldn't sit down on my hike in winter because everything was covered with snow. During the rest you could enjoy the wonderful view to the opposite rest area with a bench (at the beginning of the upper path around the pond).
