Haus Haan is a moated castle and a former manor. It is located in the Höhenhaus district of Cologne, on the border with the Dünnwald district. The complex was first mentioned in a document in 1203. The castle was damaged in 1628 by arson during the Thirty Years' War.

Built in 1601, the mansion was renovated in 1786. Between 1984 and 1986 there was a conversion into a luxury condominium offering both apartments in the main house and in the adjoining stables. The latter had previously been expanded by a riding club into a riding stable since 1958, before it was relocated in the early 1980s.
