The Villa Romana de Toralla is still called Finca Mirambell, because the land was owned by this family who, in fact, were the ones who found the first remains of this archaeological site in Vigo, in the 1920s.

Hiking

It is a Roman site dating from the 4th and 5th centuries. Although more than 30 coastal Roman villas have been found in Galicia, this is the only one whose excavation has been completed and, therefore, guided tours are offered. It can also be visited from outside, as there is a lot of information on the panels that surround the enclosure.
