Hiking Joe

Hiking Joe put the "slow" in slow travel and firmly believing every good hike should come with a food break (or three).

His hill climbing technique? Questionable. His enthusiasm? Unlimited.
A skilled navigator, but somehow every path mysteriously includes an extra scenic “bonus” climb. Must be fate.

Majestic in both spirit and size, Joe embraces the journey with the energy reserves of a well-fed bear.
Elevation gain? Unfortunate. Stumbling upon wine and tapas? Highly fortunate.

And really, what’s the rush? The mountains aren’t going anywhere.
Walking for the views, the vibes, and the post-hike meals.

No speed records, no ultra-light gear—just good walks, good food, and good stories.

Fast hikers may beat him to the finish, but he arrives happier, full, and strategically insulated for the next adventure.

Destination? Eventually. Dinner? Always. 🍷🚶‍♂️
