It connects the Matadero Madrid cultural center (the former municipal slaughterhouse) with Madrid Río Park, creating a direct link between the two spaces.

This bridge provides a new pedestrian and cycling connection between the southern and western residential neighborhoods with the Matadero Madrid cultural center and the new Arganzuela park. It was conceived not only as an element of passage but also as a viewpoint. The idea of creating a decorated pavilion as a prelude to the Slaughterhouse is being sought. For this, a vaulted space was projected in order to be decorated later. This artistic project was carried out by Daniel Canogar.
