Nice bridge with shared bicycle and pedestrian paths

Present bridge was built in 2004, but the first river crossing in this place was mentioned in XIV centrury (it was called "Great" or "Łacina" bridge). The last wood construction was demolished in 1771.

There is a very dangerous tradition of students of Poznan Univeristy of Technology to walk along the bridge spans, which is supposed to bring luck during exams. Many accidents, including fatal ones, took place here during this "ceremony".
